The metering pump boasts a rugged design for precise and reliable chemical injection. It features a durable cast steel body, and 316 stainless steel liquid ends.
Flexible packing options, including Teflon, EPDM, neoprene, and Viton, ensure compatibility with various chemicals.
The pump allows for manual capacity adjustments after stopping. This precaution ensures worker safety and prevents tampering.
It’s compatible with electric, gas, or belt-driven motors. Various configurations and options are available to match your specific application needs.

- The pump allows for manual capacity adjustments. Users must stop the pump before manually adjusting the capacity as a safety and tamper-resistant measure.
- Stroke length is adjustable for a turn-down ratio of 10:1
- Oil bath gear lubrication
- Single Ball Check Valve on both the suction and discharge side of the pump
- Packing adjustment screwed gland nut
- An internal lantern ring for packing lubricant enables internal purging. This is ideal for handling crystallized, corrosive, or other hazardous liquids
- You can reverse the pump arms to reduce their footprint
- Duplex pumps can have different-sized pistons
- Synchronizing the pistons allows simultaneous pumping of two fluids, even though they normally operate 180° out of phase.
