Hi-Flo Rate Plunger Pump Details
JAECO HI-FLO high-flow pumps provide high-performance metering at higher flow rates and pressures. They offer a simple and virtually maintenance-free approach to an accurate chemical feed.
Our pumps are available in simplex and duplex models. They hold an accuracy of ±.5% at a steady state.
We offer Teflon, Neoprene, and Viton packing options that are compatible with various chemicals. Our engineers carefully select the packing material based on the specific pumped chemical.
Our pumps incorporate advanced technologies to optimize performance. This includes VFD—variable frequency drive—for motor speed control and flow rate.
Hi-Flo Plunger Pump Models
JAECO HI-FLO Plunger Pumps come in different sizes and configurations to meet specific needs. They offer superior performance for agriculture, fuel additives, and other industrial applications.
When selecting a pump model, consider factors such as:
- Required flow rate
- Operating pressure
- Chemical compatibility
- Installation environment
Our team of experts can help you determine the best model for your specific requirements. Selecting the ideal pump ensures optimal performance for your application.
Simplex & Duplex High Flow Plunger Pumps
Simplex and duplex high-flow plunger pumps offer versatile metering solutions. Simplex pumps feature a single plunger design for steady, continuous flow. These units are well-suited for many standard applications and are often more cost-effective.
Duplex pumps utilize two plungers to achieve enhanced flow stability. This design allows them to handle larger volumes and provides more consistent output. Duplex models excel in high-intensity operations that require greater flow rates. Both pump types ensure accurate and reliable chemical dosing across various industries.
Models 312, 316, 324, 332, & 340 HI-FLO Pumps
Our high-flow rate metering pump models accommodate a range of flow rates and pressure requirements. We offer various sizes of simplex (single-plunger) and duplex (double-plunger) configurations. The model number corresponds to the plunger diameter in millimeters. This diameter directly affects the flow rate and pressure capabilities. For example, a Model 324 pump has a 24mm diameter plunger, while a Model 340 has a 40mm diameter plunger.
Models 324, 332, and 340 feature a unique design advantage. They have a clamped column with suction and discharge check valve assembly. This design allows for easy cleaning, inspection, and replacement without disrupting pipe connections.
Pump Features
Features
- Provides a simple and virtually maintenance-free approach to accurate chemical feed
- The variable-speed drive automates the stroke rate
- Capacity is manually adjustable, but only while the pump is idle. This is a safety precaution that also helps with tamper resistance.
- Stroke length is 0 to 100% adjustable for a turn-down ratio of 10:1
- Available with a motor or as a bare pump
- Single ball check valve, standard on the pump's suction and discharge side. It is also self-cleaning.
- All closed-loop systems require a safety relief valve to prevent the possible overpressuring of the discharge line
- Integral lantern ring for packing lubricant may be used for internal purging when handling crystallized, corrosive, or other hazardous liquids
- Packing adjustment screwed gland nut
- Accuracy of ± .5% at steady state
- Epoxy painted
- Completely assembled on a base plate
- Fully tested
Pump Options
- Double ball check valves with or without spring-loaded balls
- Purge-port plugs, available in the cylinder end, can bleed air during and after start-up and solvent-purge the liquid end. They also provide easy access to the cylinder without breaking pipe connections.
Accessories
- Pressure relief valves
- Back pressure valves
- Calibration columns
- Pressure gauges
- Pulsation dampeners
Materials
- 316 Stainless Steel
- Alloy 20
- Neoprene Seal
