Limited Warranty
Jaeco Fluid Systems, Inc. (“COMPANY”) tests all pumps at the factory before shipment.
- If installed properly, Jaeco warrants this product to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of shipment.
- Jaeco warrants that its pumps will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation, as detailed in the product’s written instructions.
- Jaeco will replace, at no charge, any part that fails due to a defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period. Replacement parts will be shipped FOB from our factory in Malvern, Pennsylvania. To obtain warranty service, the defective parts must be forwarded to the factory for examination, freight prepaid, along with proof of purchase.
- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or negligence. The Company will not be liable for any product that is used outside of the manufacturer’s specified instructions.
- Repairs or replacement products will be shipped Ex Works from the Company’s factory or an authorized service center.
- Products not manufactured by the Company are warranted only to the extent provided by the original manufacturer.
- Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, losses, or expenses arising from this contract, the product’s performance, or the use of the product.
- The Company’s liability is limited to the actual price paid by the purchaser for the product.
Important Notice: Return Authorization
To ensure the safe and efficient handling of your returns, please follow the guidelines below:
Return Authorization Required:
All equipment returned to Jaeco Fluid Systems, Inc. must include a valid Return Authorization Number and a completed Return Material Report. Returns without proper documentation will not be accepted.
Flushing and Neutralizing:
Before returning equipment for repair or service, ensure that all chemical contact areas are thoroughly flushed and neutralized. This step is crucial for the safety of our staff and compliance with safety regulations.
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) Required:
Any equipment that has been in contact with chemicals must be accompanied by a copy of the Chemical Product Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) to provide proper handling information.
Non-Compliance with Return Instructions:
Failure to adhere to the above instructions will result in the equipment being returned to the sender at their expense, freight collect, without service or repair.
